Moreover, this place is uniquely exciting but calming and soothing at the same time. A must-visit to this site can bring some adventure to your everyday life! The spectacular slides, sweet sauna, and a retreat to the most famous place, “HideOut,” will make your epic day out!

1.  Day Out? Visit Calypso Cove Waterpark

As the centrepiece of this island, the massive skull at the waterpark is a great viewing point, adding a lot of exploration for swimmers and non-swimmers.

1.1 Pools

There are two pools—a smaller wave pool and a more extensive pool ideal for swimming lengths. However, a wave machine remains operational in the smaller wave pool routinely.

The park also has a pirate ship with a sunken galleon best meant for older children, a tipping bucket and water cannons, and a diving area behind the skull.

For those under eight, there are secured communal splattering zones in Barnacle Bay. Moreover, a mini slide is also there so the little kids can’t wander off.

The dedicated four drops at Splash Ahoy can be used to race with your friends and the whole family, too!

1.2  Thrilling Slides

For a more thrilling and certainly zealous experience, here are the three most sensational slides to explore!

The first slide is Kraken, suiting younger children. There are no height restrictions, so they can ride without their parents! Since there is a mini pool at the bottom, on eruption, riders must be 1.2m tall and can swim 50m.

The giant slide is Terror Torrent, considered one of the UK’s fastest flumes. However no height restrictions exist, but like the other two water slides, children can still ride alone!

Take a look at one of the great slides here.

1.3  Poolside Café

Finally, a picnic at Calypso Cove Waterpark can’t be completed without a delicious grog and grub near the poolside café. Anyone can visit their social media pages for more visual information.

2.  Know What the Visitors Say!

One of our customers, Emma, said, “First visit with my daughter since COVID-19, and it was so nice to see her face learning to swim and splashing in the pool again. Reasonable restrictions and a one-way system so you can get in and out of changing rooms quickly.”

Many visitors like her have had a fantastic experience here. Many reviews said they enjoyed their whole day out here and wished to revisit! Well, because this place hosts a recreational spot for all age groups, you will find a particular area for each age group to enjoy the most!
